How to Use King Courier

30 Years of Service

Thank you for using King Courier! We’ve been in business for 30 years, and we certainly welcome new customers. Some businesses have used a courier service before, but a lot haven’t. If you’ve used a courier service before, you might find that we do things a little differently, so this might be helpful for you as well.

You don’t need to open a billing account to use King Courier. If you only have one delivery, please book an order here.

If you want to open a billing account for regular usage, please take a moment to set up an online account (click here). It’s quick and easy to place orders online, and you can also track your deliveries without having to call. Of course you can still call us at 415-865-5464 if you have a special request, or if you just prefer to call. Here is a User Guide for our online portal.

When you place an order, we’ll ask for some additional information besides the Pickup and Delivery locations.

We offer Bicycle Messengers within San Francisco, so we’ll need to know if your parcel is too big for a bike. Generally a messenger can carry something the size of a show box without a problem. They should be
under 10 lbs. Whether you need a bike or a vehicle, please give us at least an estimate of the number of pieces and total weight.

We’ll need your information in case we need to solve any issues that come up. Please give us your full name, and the phone number that you can be reached at (if it’s not the main number on your account).

One of the most important questions we’ll ask is when you need the parcel delivered. Our Default service is Rush Delivery for vehicles (2-3 hours) and Bike Standard for bikes (1-2 Hours). If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we’ll set up the correct Order Type. For a list of all of our Order Types, please go Here.

If you know an order will be ready at a future time, please go ahead and schedule the pickup as far in advance as you can. If we have some advance notice, we can have a driver available at that time. It will generally speed up your service.
